How to Get there

-  By train to Mo Chit Station (or N8 Station) on the Sukhumvit Line. Take Exit No. 1 or 3, then board bus no. 26 or 96 and get off at Fashion Island Shopping Mall. Take the overpass to the other side; from there a minibus will take you to Safari World.

  • Is outside food allowed in Safari World Bangkok?

    Outside food and drinks are not allowed and they keep it (returned when you return back) at the entrance. Lots of Giraffes, Zebras, Tigers can be seen while you take the safari in your own car or alloted bus in the open zoo area.

  • How far is Safari from Bangkok?

    The distance between Bangkok and Safari World is 25 km. The road distance is 36.2 km.

  • How long is Africa tram at Safari Park?

    The Africa Tram at the Safari Park is about a 30-45 minute experience. Enjoy! over a year ago. The queue can be lengthy for the tram ride if you go at peak times - earlier or later in the day is usually a shorter line.

  • Can you walk around the safari park?

    You cannot walk there. The rest of the Park is similar to a conventional zoo (some areas have regular cages, others don't). There are viewing points where you can look down on the 'safari areas'.

  • Is the tram open at the Safari Park?

    At the Safari Park, until further notice, all scheduled shows, Africa Tram, Cheetah Run, and parking tram are temporarily suspended due to county health and safety precautions. Additionally, children's play areas and statues may be cordoned off or closed.

At Peak time.... the queue was quite long.... be sure to purchase the safari coach (60 baht) when you buy the tickets. It’s for the bus going into the safari. The safari river cruise was so-so

Best one day activity in Bangkok. Kids are surely gonna love this place. Marine park is not just about aquatic animals, it contains everything. Dolphin show is a must see activity
