One of the largest aquariums in Southeast Asia, Siam Ocean World spreads across an area of 10,000 square meters. It is housed on two floors, in the basement of Siam Paragon shopping mall of Bangkok. It is a subsidiary of the Oceanis Australia Group, one of the best aquarium operators in the whole world. With its innovative approach and huge array of aquatic exhibits, Siam Ocean World is one of the most frequented tourist attractions in Thailand. Apart from its recreational options, it also proves to be a very good learning center for kids. The exhibit is divided into seven zones, each with individually designed theme. Meet some rare and bizarre-looking marine life, from striped frogfish to blind cave fish, nautiluses to humped head Maori Wrasse. Feel the skin of friendly starfish and walk amongst the ocean’s fiercest predators – ragged-tooth sharks, black-tipped sharks, sting rays – in the 270-degree underwater tunnel. Better yet, dive into the depth of the ‘Open Ocean’ and flirt with the sharks and colourful marine creatures, or hop aboard a glass-bottom boat and simply watch them dance underneath your feet.

A great 2-3 hours spent at bangkok aquarium (located at city centre). We manage to skip the long queue due to klook redemption counter as went on a weekend. Definitely recommended for families and friends alike!

great place to go with the family. make sure your leave enough time and pay attention to the animal feeding time. the shark feeding was fun to watch. takes longer if pictures. the huge tank where your at the sharks go over you is very fun.

This was my first sightseeing visit after landing at Bangkok and it really started the whole trip with a bang! The place is literally situated at the basement of a shopping mall. They have variaties of fishes and reptiles with informative boards and the glass bottom boat is an experience in itself. The place is nice and clean. The 4D movie is short but nice nonetheless.

A definitely must go. I had a blast at both Madame Tussauds and SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean. The figurines at Madame Tussauds was just awesome. Got to take pic with my favorite 'Steven Gerrard'. The sharks view in the walk through tunnel at the SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean, was just superb. The had a lot of marine life. Their 4D movie(sponge bob) was good too.

The Aquarium is under SIAM Paragon!! (mall) Saw sea creatures for the very first time of my life hehehe the penguins are very cute though. I recommend going here if you have kids. For sure they will enjoy it here.

Great day out especially if you have young children. Beautiful displays of sea life and reptiles and frogs. Lots of places to just sit and watch the fishes swim, very calm atmosphere. I was able to take many beautiful photos of the animals.

It was an experience like never before. You walk amidst the marine life and explore their habitat. There's a shark tunnel fully made of glass, where you go through it and you can see the fishes swim over your head. There are intereactive activities at some places using Augmented Reality techniques, that you just cannot miss. It's definitely a great outing for children and an amazing experience for everyone!

Compared to the price of an aquarium in Korea, it's okay, so it's a copy. It is especially recommended for those who come to Bangkok with their families because there are many families with children and children are so fond of it. There was a cool look line so I could ticket quickly. (It was not cool look.

The aquarium is super beautiful, just like in the movies I watch, there are big sharks and rays. Children themselves also like what more children

Madame Tussauds wasn't good enough for elementary school children. Touring the aquarium is no different from Korea, but the transparent board experience is a shark or stingray near you. I liked it a lot because I could see my back. There was a shop and a table in the middle, so I was able to relax with ice cream and drinks. Its location is Siam Paragon, so you can eat right at the mall and have a snack at Gourmet Market.

The aquarium is amazingly beautiful, if you have the time you want to spend the whole night watching the fish who are not bored. My house booked a klook voucher at the promotion when I bought 1 get 1 free so the 2 people only spent nearly VND 500k. Less than the price of 1 ticket when buying directly anymore. Amazing experience. There were many species of fishes as well as other sea creatures. It's ok if you don't buy glass bottom boat ride as you can see shark and other big fishes through glass tunnel also.
