Itinerary:
- Pickup from your selected hotel in Delhi.
- Red Fort - After a swift pickup, you will go to visit our first location, Red Fort. The Red Fort, also known as Lal Qila, is a historic fort in the heart of Old Delhi, India. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century and served as the main residence for the emperors of the Mughal dynasty. The fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is an important symbol of India's rich cultural and historical heritage.
- Humayun's Tomb - Our next stop will be Hymayun's Tomb. The Humayun's Tomb is a magnificent mausoleum located in Delhi, India, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was built in the mid-16th century by Haji Begum, the widow of the Mughal Emperor Humayun, in memory of her late husband. The tomb is a prime example of Mughal architecture and is considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal.
- Lotus Temple - The Lotus Temple, located in Delhi, India, is a Bahá'í House of Worship known for its distinctive lotus flower-like architecture. The temple, completed in 1986, serves as a spiritual gathering place for people of all religions. Its design is characterized by 27 free-standing marble-clad petals arranged in clusters, forming the shape of a lotus flower.
- Qutub Minar- Our last stop would be Qutub Minar. The Qutub Minar is a five-story tower, with each level marked by intricately carved balconies and surrounded by a lush archaeological complex. The structure is adorned with verses from the Quran and intricate geometric patterns. The first three stories feature fluted columns, while the upper two are plain. At the base is the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in India, also built by Qutb-ud-din Aibak.
